Children and adolescents are excluded from education for many reasons. Poverty remains one of the most obstinate barriers, with children from the poorest households almost five times more likely to be out of primary school than those from the rich.
Enough food is produced today to feed everyone on the planet, but hunger is on the rise in some parts of the world, and millions of people are considered to be undernourished. What steps are being taken to ensure that everyone receives sufficient food?
